What does it mean to be human? Psalm 8 answers that question by first turning our attention away from ourselves and toward the God who made us — because we cannot truly understand who we are until we understand who He is. Though we are small against the vastness of creation, we are not insignificant: the God who created and rules the heavens is mindful of us.
